High School Additional Courses

Each high school student also attends fifteen 45-minute academic skills classes per week, covering foreign languages, additional English and mathematics study, and occasional electives.

In addition, each student takes five, 1-hour classes per week in the fine and practical arts. Each high school student participates in a one- or two-week practicum each year. All high school students take part in chorus work, which meets regularly each week. Twenty hours of community service are required of students in 9th - 11th grades.
